brings expertise in contract negotiation and utility infrastructure important as we continue to address our long term sewer water and other infrastructure needs.

Rick Morrissey (left 1st above photo)
holds a Masters degree in Public Administration. The town will benefit from his depth of knowledge in public administration and environmental issues from his 30 plus years of experience in the Westchester County government.

Joan Ribaudo (right 2nd above photo)
is a trusted elected official and long time resident upon whom we have relied to collect approximately one hundred million dollars in county, school, and town taxes each year.
